In der Affäre um Missbrauchsvorwürfe ist der Chefankläger des Internationalen Strafgerichtshofes, Karim Khan, entlassen worden. Die Vertragsstaaten des Weltstrafgerichts stimmten in New York mehrheitlich für seine Amtsenthebung, hieß es in einer Pressemitteilung der Versammlung. Die Vertragsstaaten, von denen 82 für seine Entlassung stimmten, attestierten ihm "schweres Fehlverhalten sowie eine schwerwiegende Verletzung seiner Amtspflichten". Die US-Regierung begrüßte dies.
