Bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Jahr ist Montagfrüh (Ortszeit) vor dem US-Konsulat in der Innenstadt von Toronto mindestens ein Schuss abgefeuert worden. Verletzte gab es nach Angaben der kanadischen Polizei keine. Polizeibeamte, die durch den Knall eines Schusses alarmiert worden waren, gaben an, vor dem Gebäude an der University Avenue Schussspuren gefunden zu haben. Die Polizei teilte mit, dass ein weißer Pkw gesehen wurde, der vom Tatort floh.
