Gegendemonstranten blockieren Oranier-Parade in Nordirland
Gegendemonstranten haben eine umstrittene Parade des protestantischen Oranier-Ordens in einem überwiegend katholischen Teil der nordirischen Stadt Portadown blockiert. Erstmals seit den 1990er-Jahren hatte die zuständige Parades Commission zuvor den Marsch entlang der Garvaghy Road erlaubt. Auf der Straße hatten sich jedoch nach Angaben britischer Medien Sonntagfrüh bei heftigem Regen Hunderte Gegendemonstranten versammelt.
