Im Gazastreifen sind Dienstagabend palästinensischen Angaben zufolge sechs Menschen bei einem israelischen Angriff ums Leben gekommen. Israels Armee teilte mit, sie habe mehrere Kommandanten der islamistischen Terrororganisation Hamas im Viertel Al-Shati in Gaza-Stadt ins Visier genommen. Diese hätten Angriffe auf israelische Soldaten in dem Küstengebiet geplant. Mitarbeiter des für die Opfer zuständigen Shifa-Krankenhauses teilten mit, es habe auch mehrere Verletzte gegeben.
