US-Senator Mitch McConnell aus Spital und Reha entlassen
Der bekannte US-Senator Mitch McConnell ist nach einem fast zweimonatigen Aufenthalt im Krankenhaus und einer Rehabilitationsklinik am Donnerstag wieder nach Hause zurückgekehrt. Er sei endlich "aus dem Rehabilitationszentrum entlassen worden" und werde seine Genesung zu Hause fortsetzen, teilte der 84-Jährige in einer Erklärung mit. "Auf Rat meiner Ärzte werde ich während der Sommerpause des Senats von zu Hause aus eine intensive Physiotherapie absolvieren", fügte er hinzu.
